We are pleased to invite you to participate in the ToT training the Surge Learning Team is running in Budapest on November 26-29th.
T.A.F. (Train. Assess. Facilitate.) is a 4 day long face-to-face training course for trainers and facilitators.
We know many colleagues are regularly tasked to design or / and deliver learning events. While some of you have received formal facilitation training, most of the colleagues express a strong interest in receiving targeted training focused on interactive methodologies and learner-centered approach.

- to deliver highly engaging training sessions that focus on participation, discussion, and hands-on practice
