Please note, even though we these resources focus on formal training, we do promote 70/20/10 approach, advocating for 10% of learning coming from face-to-face and online learning, 20% from social learning, such as communities of practice, mentoring, coaching, and 70% coming from on-the-job learning (a developing mission, a new project, etc.).
