It is never easy to find suitable facilitators for surge trainings. You need to secure specific profiles, expertise, languages, availability, and ideally the person would not need to fly across the ocean. This is how the idea to build a network came up, a network large enough to guarantee availability, and professional enough to guarantee quality of facilitation.
