We are pleased to announce that this year we will be holding two global Train. Assess. Facilitate. (TAF) training events:
- 7-11 September 2026 in Hong-Kong, co-organized with the Hong Kong Red Cross (in English)
- 27 September – 2 October 2026 in Japan (near Tokyo), co-organized with the Japanese Red Cross (in English)
We are now accepting applications for these two events.

Applicants are required to have an authorization form signed by their line manager attached to their application.
Deadline for applications:
Monday, 17 June, 2026, end of day CET. Selected participants will be informed early July 2026.
Details and costs of the training events:
Hong Kong TAF (The event will take place in the Hong Kong RC office. Participants will be accommodated in a nearby hotel.)
Fee: 800 CHF.
The fee includes: hotel accommodation for 5 nights, including breakfast; course materials; coffee breaks; access to additional online sessions with learning experts before and/or after the face-to-face event; two facilitation practice opportunities, with individual mentoring and detailed feedback; a certificate of completion upon successful participation
The fee does not include: flights; lunches and dinners; any additional nights in Hong Kong before or after the event
Japan TAF (This is a residential event held at the Shonan Village center, located approximately one hour from Tokyo.)
Fee: 850 CHF.
The fee includes: full board hotel accommodation for 5 nights, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner; transfer from Tokyo to the Shonan village and back; course materials; coffee breaks; access to additional online sessions with learning experts before and/or after the face-to-face event; two facilitation practice opportunities, with individual mentoring and detailed feedback; a certificate of completion upon successful participation
The fee does not include: flights; any additional nights in Tokyo before or after the event
